  • Greet clients, visitors, and employees in a warm, professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression of Premier Service Group.

 

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, manage voicemails, and handle inquiries related to our services.

 

  • Coordinate with office staff to ensure smooth daily operations and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.

  • Provide general administrative support, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing office supplies.

  • Assist in maintaining organized records and documents related to our clients' needs, including agent licensing, payroll, and compliance services.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely delivery of important documents.

  • Support other departments as needed, such as HR or client services, with clerical tasks and communication.

  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, welcoming, and equipped with necessary materials for clients and visitors.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role, preferably in a professional services or insurance environment.

  • Plesant and professional demeanor.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, visitors, and team members.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with office management software.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy office environment and prioritize effectively.
