Attend industry events, networking functions, and webinars to build connections and stay informed on industry trends.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience in sales, business development, or recruiting, ideally within the insurance or professional services sector.

Strong understanding of the health and life insurance industry, particularly agency operations.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value of our administrative services clearly.

Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience using CRM tools to manage and track client outreach.
