  • Conduct market research to identify potential agency clients and develop targeted outreach strategies.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for agencies, from lead generation to contract signing, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

  • ​Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored administrative solutions that meet each agency’s specific needs.

  • Regularly track and report on outreach efforts, pipeline development, and recruitment targets.

  • Attend industry events, networking functions, and webinars to build connections and stay informed on industry trends.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or recruiting, ideally within the insurance or professional services sector.

  • Strong understanding of the health and life insurance industry, particularly agency operations.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value of our administrative services clearly.

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams.

  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Experience using CRM tools to manage and track client outreach.
