AGENT SOURCER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES​

  • Source, identify, and attract licensed health and life insurance agents using various platforms, including job boards, networking, and industry contacts.

  • Screen candidates for qualifications, licensing status, and fit for client needs.

  • Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding, including interviews, background checks, and licensing verification.

  •  Collaborate with clients to understand their agency needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.

  • Stay up-to-date with licensing regulations, industry trends, and market demands for insurance agents.

  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline of qualified licensed agents.

  •  Provide detailed reports and updates on recruitment progress to management and clients.

AGENT SOURCER

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, or a related field, preferably within the insurance industry.

  • Strong understanding of health and life insurance licensing requirements.

  • Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools.

  • Knowledge of state and federal employment laws, particularly within the insurance industry, is a plus.
