KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Source, identify, and attract licensed health and life insurance agents using various platforms, including job boards, networking, and industry contacts.

Screen candidates for qualifications, licensing status, and fit for client needs.

Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to onboarding, including interviews, background checks, and licensing verification.

Collaborate with clients to understand their agency needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.

Stay up-to-date with licensing regulations, industry trends, and market demands for insurance agents.

Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline of qualified licensed agents.

Provide detailed reports and updates on recruitment progress to management and clients.

AGENT SOURCER
KEY QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience in recruiting, talent sourcing, or a related field, preferably within the insurance industry.

Strong understanding of health and life insurance licensing requirements.

Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools.

Knowledge of state and federal employment laws, particularly within the insurance industry, is a plus.
